Payton’s Quarry is renting out incredibly well and the project is starting to get landscaping complete. This area has been an amazing spot for FIG investors and the last units have been completed and turned over. Another project completed with construction and just wrapping up the final touches.
June 2018
Check out our June 2018 project video update featuring Payton’s Quarry in Herriman, UT. This fourplex development features our 3 story townhome product and is directly North of the new Salt Lake Community College Campus, REAL Salt Lake practice facilities, and charter school and nestled in the Rosecrest master-planned community. To the North is the new Central retail development and new High School. This is one of the fastest-growing areas in the State of Utah. Phase 1 buildings have been fully completed and Phase 2 is starting to turn over with landscaping right on the heels of development.
May 2018
Payton’s Quarry is nearing completion and over the next 3 months nearly all buildings will be finalized with landscaping complete and the project should be stabilized within 6 months at 90% plus occupancy. Landscaping has been started, renters are moved into nearly half of Phase 1 and the grass in next on the list to beautify and complete this project.
March 2018
Payton’s Quarry turnovers are starting to materialize. We have also recently noticed an uptick in renter interest and activity which is excellent. Over the next few months, there will be a focus on finishing and also continuing forward on the landscaping, and stabilizing the development.

The vast amount of framing completions and exteriors are now striving to catch up to wrap up the development this Spring, 2018.

The Payton’s Quarry Development in Herriman Utah is well over 50% framed, roofed, and completions of several units within 45 days. Turnover on the Payton’s Quarry units will ramp up in February and March for Phase 1. Surrounding development of the REAL Salt Lake practice facilities look excellent and the EDGE Homes and Oakwood Homes communities are also coming together very well.

Payton’s Quarry in Herriman, UT continues to see buildings sprout up at an amazing pace. The project is still on track for on-time delivery with stucco completing in Phase 1 and the bulk of the framing well underway in Phase 2. Development by Salt Lake Community College and REAL Salt Lake continues as well, further adding to the allure of this booming area of South West Salt Lake County. More details are featured here:

The Payton’s Quarry development in Herriman, UT has had a massive amount of wood-framed up in the last month with 5 framing crews racing to the finish line. This project is poised for on-time delivery and excellent results. The Overlook across the street now has comp sales on resale at $850,000. That’s an incredible ROI for our investors!

The Paytons Quarry Development framing is taking place throughout the project and on track for on-time completions. As you’ll note in the video the REAL Salt Lake practice facilities and Charter school is nearing completion. To the North, the new mall is being developed and up the road to the end of the Mountain View Corridor is well over 2M sq ft of new warehouse and distribution development near Salt Lake International Airport for Amazon, UPS, and POST Consumer brands. The West side of the Salt Lake Valley from North to South is seeing immense economic development with jobs, infrastructure, and housing.

Groundwork has commenced at Payton’s Quarry in Herriman! The site is starting to take shape as the initial preparations take place for construction to begin soon. We’ll keep you posted as things continue to develop at this new investment property work-in-progress. Construction is almost complete at The Overlook development just west of this location. And things are well underway just south at the site of the new training facility for the REAL Salt Lake professional soccer team. This unique new facility encompasses 57 acres and will cost approximately $50 million before it’s completed in August. The property will feature eight fields and employ 50 full-time staff. Plus, a charter school that specializes in math, science, technology, and engineering will also be located at the property enrolling 250 students, 40 of which will participate in the facility’s youth soccer academy. With new state-of-the-art professional and educational services moving in so close, it’s safe to say that Herriman has exciting changes on the horizon.
