Project Details
Silver Oaks is a master planned townhome community located off of Main Street in Santaquin, UT. Development work started in August of 2023 and is expected to conclude in the first quarter of 2024. Construction loans for the first phase are planned to close in November of 2023, with each phase closing approx 45 days apart until all phases have closed by May of 2024. These units will be three stories, with the bottom floor including the two car garage which will be 29 feet deep to provide extra storage to tenants. As each phase of Silver Oaks is reserved, FIG will open the next phase for reservation. Please reach out to us for more details!
